FEATURES
Once the 4 separate slide-outs are deployed a demonstration kitchen outfitted with high-end "GE Monogram" appliances is revealed. The kitchen/demonstration area is viewable by 38 comfortable seats. A high definition video camera mounted in the ceiling to the fore of the grill provides a live feed to a 42" plasma screen mounted on either side of the studio audience. To the rear section of the vehilce is another open space that can be used for demonstrations.
The vehicle features two doors on the very back of the trailer that open up to form "sound wings" for a self-contained stage. The stage itself is approximately 6' deep by 14' wide, and is matched and protected overhead by a large awning. This is ideal for putting up to four people on the stage, with a podium, to offer a presentation.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless-clad, high-end GE Monogram kitchen equipment includes: large side-by-side refrigerator and freezer; 6-burner electric cook-top; double dutch ovens; sink; dishwasher; bread warmer and wine
chiller/refrigerator.
